  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillet under cold water and pat it completely dry with kitchen paper. Cut the fish into strips about finger-thick and use cookie cutters to press out heart- and fish-shaped pieces.
  2. 2. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, and pluck the small leaves from the stems. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper and dust them lightly with flour.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces in it for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the finished pieces on a plate, sprinkle the dill over them, and garnish with lemon wedges.
