🍽️ Heart and Fish-Shaped Fish Pieces for Kids

Ingredients
- 350 g cod fillet
- 2 sprigs dill
- salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillet under cold water and pat it completely dry with kitchen paper. Cut the fish into strips about finger-thick and use cookie cutters to press out heart- and fish-shaped pieces.
- 2. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, and pluck the small leaves from the stems. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper and dust them lightly with flour.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces in it for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the finished pieces on a plate, sprinkle the dill over them, and garnish with lemon wedges.
