🍽️ Crispy Zucchini Fritters with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- 125 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- pepper (from the mill)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- Fleur de sel
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
- 4. Add the egg and stir it in well.
- 5. The batter should drip thickly from the whisk.
- 6. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 8. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
- 9. Halve one half of the zucchini lengthwise.
- 10. Slice the zucchini into thin slices.
- 11. Place the zucchini slices into a bowl.
- 12. Peel the garlic.
- 13. Press the garlic into the bowl with the zucchini.
- 14. Stir in the yogurt.
- 15. Add 1 tablespoon of dill.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 17. Slice the remaining zucchini into approx. 5 mm thick slices.
- 18. Fold the zucchini slices into the batter.
- 19. Take portions of the batter with a spoon.
- 20. Heat oil in a hot pan.
- 21. Fry the fritters in batches in the hot oil.
- 22. Fry the fritters for approx. 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 23. Drain the finished fritters on kitchen paper.
- 24. Season the fritters with Fleur de Sel and pepper.
- 25. Serve the fritters with the yogurt dip.
- 26. Garnish the dish with the remaining dill.
