  1. 1. Put the flour into a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
  4. 4. Add the egg and stir it in well.
  5. 5. The batter should drip thickly from the whisk.
  6. 6. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  8. 8. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
  9. 9. Halve one half of the zucchini lengthwise.
  10. 10. Slice the zucchini into thin slices.
  11. 11. Place the zucchini slices into a bowl.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Press the garlic into the bowl with the zucchini.
  14. 14. Stir in the yogurt.
  15. 15. Add 1 tablespoon of dill.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Slice the remaining zucchini into approx. 5 mm thick slices.
  18. 18. Fold the zucchini slices into the batter.
  19. 19. Take portions of the batter with a spoon.
  20. 20. Heat oil in a hot pan.
  21. 21. Fry the fritters in batches in the hot oil.
  22. 22. Fry the fritters for approx. 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  23. 23. Drain the finished fritters on kitchen paper.
  24. 24. Season the fritters with Fleur de Sel and pepper.
  25. 25. Serve the fritters with the yogurt dip.
  26. 26. Garnish the dish with the remaining dill.
