🍽️ Creamy Smoked Salmon Bake

Ingredients
- 250 g Smoked salmon (preferably wild salmon)
- 200 g Crème fraîche
- 50 g Whipping cream
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven. Turn on the fan setting and set the temperature to 125 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Mash the smoked salmon finely in a bowl.
- 3. Stir the mashed salmon mixture with the beaten eggs.
- 4. Stir the crème fraîche into the salmon and egg mixture.
- 5. Mix the cream into the mixture.
- 6. Peel off the green tops of the spring onions generously.
- 7. Finely chop the remaining part of the spring onions.
- 8. Stir the chopped spring onions into the salmon mixture.
- 9. Add some lemon juice.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt.
- 11. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 12. Divide the salmon mixture evenly among four small ovenproof ramekins.
- 13. Place the four ramekins in a large baking dish.
- 14. Pour boiling water into the large baking dish.
- 15. Make sure the water stands about 3 centimeters high around the ramekins.
- 16. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- 17. Check if the mixture is set.
- 18. Turn out the bake from the ramekins if desired.
- 19. Serve the bake warm or cold.
