🍽️ Salmon Skewers with Fennel

Ingredients
- 600 g Salmon fillet (kitchen-ready, skinless)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under cold running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the fish into small, even cubes and thread them onto the wooden skewers.
- 2. Drizzle the lemon juice over the skewers. Season everything generously with salt, pepper, and ground fennel seeds.
- 3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the skewers in it until golden brown and cooked through on all sides.
