  2. 2. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and simmer the vegetables with the lid on for about 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, cook them briefly together and season everything with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the finished dish with sage and serve it.
