  1. 1. Rinse the beef fillet under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Place the fillet in a shallow dish.
  4. 4. Pour the soy sauce over the meat.
  5. 5. Let the meat marinate for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the snow peas thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the hard ends of the snow peas.
  8. 8. Dry the snow peas.
  9. 9. Clean the mushrooms.
  10. 10. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  11. 11. Wash the spring onions.
  12. 12. Halve the spring onions lengthwise.
  13. 13. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 6 cm long.
  14. 14. Heat a steel plate (teppanyaki grill) strongly.
  15. 15. Add a little oil to the hot plate.
  16. 16. Fry the snow peas, mushrooms, and spring onions together.
  17. 17. Fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
  18. 18. Take the marinated fillet out of the soy sauce.
  19. 19. Drain the meat well.
  20. 20. Slice the fillet into slices.
  21. 21. Add a little more oil to the hot plate.
  22. 22. Fry the fillet slices for approx. 1 minute on one side.
  23. 23. Fry the fillet slices for approx. 1 minute on the other side.
  24. 24. Add the remaining soy sauce to the meat and vegetables.
  25. 25. Mix everything briefly with a spatula.
  26. 26. Serve the dish on plates.
