🍽️ Quick Asian Beef from the Grill Plate

Ingredients
- 12 thin slices beef fillet (approx. 60 g each)
- 80 ml soy sauce
- 150 g snow peas
- 200 g shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the beef fillet under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the fillet in a shallow dish.
- 4. Pour the soy sauce over the meat.
- 5. Let the meat marinate for 15 minutes.
- 6. Wash the snow peas thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the hard ends of the snow peas.
- 8. Dry the snow peas.
- 9. Clean the mushrooms.
- 10. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
- 11. Wash the spring onions.
- 12. Halve the spring onions lengthwise.
- 13. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 6 cm long.
- 14. Heat a steel plate (teppanyaki grill) strongly.
- 15. Add a little oil to the hot plate.
- 16. Fry the snow peas, mushrooms, and spring onions together.
- 17. Fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 18. Take the marinated fillet out of the soy sauce.
- 19. Drain the meat well.
- 20. Slice the fillet into slices.
- 21. Add a little more oil to the hot plate.
- 22. Fry the fillet slices for approx. 1 minute on one side.
- 23. Fry the fillet slices for approx. 1 minute on the other side.
- 24. Add the remaining soy sauce to the meat and vegetables.
- 25. Mix everything briefly with a spatula.
- 26. Serve the dish on plates.
