🥤 Asian Herbal Tea

Ingredients
- 4 tsp Chinese black tea (Keemun)
- 1 tbsp dried goji berries (chopped)
- 1 tbsp dried lemongrass (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
Instructions
- 1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Pour the boiling water into a large teapot and place the black tea in a tea infuser. Let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
- 2. Remove the tea infuser with the tea from the water. Stir in goji berries, lemongrass, and mint leaves. Let the mixture steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve the tea immediately while it is still very hot.
