🍝 Asian-style noodle salad with tuna

Ingredients
- 250 g rice noodles
- 100 g snow peas
- 1 larger carrot
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 can corn (285 g drained weight)
- 1 can tuna (in own juice 150 g)
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite), drain them, and rinse with cold water.
- 2. Let the noodles drain well.
- 3. Wash the snow peas, trim the ends, and blanch them (cook briefly in boiling water) for 4 minutes in salted water. Drain, shock them (shock: immediately plunge into ice water to stop cooking), and let them drain.
- 4. Peel the carrot and cut it into very fine strips.
- 5. Drain the corn, flake the tuna into pieces, and mix it with the cooked noodles and the sprouts.
- 6. Stir the noodles and tuna into the vegetables.
- 7. Season the salad with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, taste and adjust, and let it marinate for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
