🍽️ Fresh Asian Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful cilantro (à 5 g)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame (à 15 g)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots thoroughly and wash them. Use a vegetable peeler to cut them into long, thin strips. Wash the coriander, shake off excess water, and pluck off the leaves. Set half aside for garnishing and finely chop the other half.
- 2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and the finely chopped coriander to a bowl. Whisk all ingredients together well until the dressing is evenly combined.
- 3. Toss the carrot strips with the dressing until they are well coated. Sprinkle the salad with the remaining fresh coriander leaves and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
