  1. 1. Fry the steaks in a pan in hot butter for about 3 minutes on each side. Then remove them, season with salt and pepper, and let them cool down.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
  3. 3. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, remove the inside with the seeds and the white membrane. Then cut it diagonally into thin rings.
  5. 5. Mix all ingredients for the dressing together and adjust the seasoning to taste.
  6. 6. Cut the cooled steaks crosswise into thin strips.
  7. 7. Arrange the cucumber slices on plates. Place the meat along with the onions and chili on top. Garnish with coriander and mint. Drizzle everything with the dressing and serve immediately.
