🍝 Asian noodle salad with green watercress and tuna

Ingredients
- 350 g rice noodles (or spaghetti)
- 0.5 bunch watercress
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp germ oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 cucumber
- 500 g fresh tuna fillet
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the watercress thoroughly and remove any damaged leaves. Puree half of the herbs together with the oil until smooth. Season this mixture generously with salt and pepper and stir in the vinegar.
- 2. Cook the noodles exactly according to the instructions on the package until they are still al dente. Drain them and immediately mix them with the prepared watercress puree mixture.
- 3. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds.
- 4. Cut the tuna into small cubes. Mix these with the lemon juice and sesame seeds. Finally, season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Distribute the noodles along with the remaining fresh watercress onto the plates. Arrange the cucumber slices and the tuna on top.
