  1. 1. Add the peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and star anise to a pot. Pour in 500 milliliters of water and bring the mixture to a boil. Let the tea simmer gently on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the pot from the heat. Add the black tea and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain the liquid into glasses.
  3. 3. Heat the milk and froth it using a whisk or a milk frother. Distribute the frothed milk over the tea. Sweeten the tea to taste with honey and serve.
