  1. 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and remove the dry ends. Cut them into very thin strips about 3 centimeters long. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Wash the chili peppers, halve them lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips as well.
  2. 2. Combine the prepared spring onions, garlic, chili peppers, ginger, soy sauce, oil, and honey in a bowl, stirring until everything is well mixed.
