🍽️ Asian-style Spring Onion Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 300 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and remove the dry ends. Cut them into very thin strips about 3 centimeters long. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Wash the chili peppers, halve them lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips as well.
- 2. Combine the prepared spring onions, garlic, chili peppers, ginger, soy sauce, oil, and honey in a bowl, stirring until everything is well mixed.
