  1. 1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Follow the instructions on the package.
  2. 2. Drain the noodles and let them drain well.
  3. 3. Cut the noodles into smaller pieces if you like.
  4. 4. Wash the chili and the bell pepper thoroughly.
  5. 5. Halve the vegetables and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the chili and the bell pepper into thin strips.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic.
  8. 8. Chop the garlic finely.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the cut vegetables and the shrimp in the hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Stir constantly while doing so.
  12. 12. Add the bell pepper strips to the pan.
  13. 13. Cook everything for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Fold the noodles into the vegetables.
  15. 15. Fry the noodles through briefly.
