🍝 Quick Asian Noodles with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 400 g glass noodles
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 g large shrimp (ready for cooking)
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- lime juice
- fish sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Follow the instructions on the package.
- 2. Drain the noodles and let them drain well.
- 3. Cut the noodles into smaller pieces if you like.
- 4. Wash the chili and the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the vegetables and remove the seeds.
- 6. Cut the chili and the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Chop the garlic finely.
- 9. Heat oil in a pan.
- 10. Fry the cut vegetables and the shrimp in the hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 11. Stir constantly while doing so.
- 12. Add the bell pepper strips to the pan.
- 13. Cook everything for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- 14. Fold the noodles into the vegetables.
- 15. Fry the noodles through briefly.
- 16. Season the dish with lime juice.
- 17. Add fish sauce.
