Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp soybean oil
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 150 g pork schnitzel
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 spring onions
- 0.5 cucumber
- 80 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 350 g long-grain rice (cooked the day before)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- pepper
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Fry the eggs in one tablespoon of hot oil to make a thin omelette.
- 3. Let the omelette cool down.
- 4. Cut the cooled omelette into thin strips.
- 5. Wash the salmon and the schnitzel under running water.
- 6. Pat the salmon and the schnitzel dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Cut the salmon and the schnitzel into strips.
- 8. Marinate the meat with one teaspoon of soy sauce.
- 9. Marinate the fish with one teaspoon of soy sauce.
- 10. Peel the shallots.
- 11. Peel the garlic.
- 12. Chop the shallots and garlic finely.
- 13. Wash the spring onions.
- 14. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
- 15. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
- 16. Peel the cucumber.
- 17. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 18. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves.
- 19. Slice the cucumber into thin pieces.
- 20. Add the remaining oil to a hot wok.
- 21. Fry the shallots.
