🍽️ Asian-style cooked chicken liver

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken liver
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken liver thoroughly and remove any remaining bits. Coat the meat in sesame seeds and fry it in hot oil on all sides.
- 2. Add the honey and stir in the soy sauce and fish sauce. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes and then serve.
