Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 fresh red chili
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them in a mortar until you have a fine paste. Wash the chili peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice the flesh into very thin strips.
- 2. Mix the crushed garlic with the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili powder, and the whole chili pepper. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
