🍽️ Asian Beef with Noodles

Ingredients
- 200 g egg noodles
- 200 g beef strips (loin or fillet)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- light soy sauce
- fishing sauce
- chili powder
- 100 g snow peas (cut into very thin strips)
- Thai basil (cut into very thin strips)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles in salted water exactly as stated on the package.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice them into thin strips.
- 3. Sear the meat in hot oil, add the snow peas, and then sequentially add the bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Deglaze with about 0.1 liters of water and let it simmer briefly. Season the mixture with soy sauce, fish sauce, and cayenne pepper.
- 4. Place the drained noodles on pre-warmed plates and top with the beef. Serve the dish sprinkled with fresh basil.
