🍝 Asian Noodles with Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 Organic Orange
- 1 piece Ginger (10 g)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 250 g FRoSTA Wild Salmon Fillets (thawed)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 pack FRoSTA (Nom Nom Noodles)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the orange under hot water and dry it. Grate the zest finely and squeeze out the juice. Peel the ginger and chop it finely. Mix the orange zest, juice, and ginger with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a kitchen towel and cut them into approx. 1 cm cubes. Add the cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Line the basket of the air fryer with baking paper. Place the salmon cubes in the basket and cook them for approx. 8–10 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
- 4. Add the frozen Nom Nom Noodles with 4 tbsp of water to the pan and heat on high. Cook for 5–7 minutes at medium heat with the lid on. Stir occasionally.
- 5. Divide the noodles into 2 bowls, top with the salmon cubes, and serve. Smarter tip: For a vegan version, replace the salmon with tofu or tempeh.
