  1. 1. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and chop it roughly.
  2. 2. Peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely.
  3. 3. Sort through the kale and pull the leaves off the tough stems.
  4. 4. Heat the wok until very hot. Add the oil and swirl to coat. Add the garlic, chili, and onion cubes and sauté while stirring for about 1 minute.
  5. 5. Wash the kale, add it to the wok while still wet, and fry while stirring for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Squeeze the lime half. Mix 2 teaspoons of lime juice and soy sauce into the kale, pepper to taste, and season with a little salt if desired.
