🍽️ Asian Kale

Ingredients
- 1 red chili pepper
- 100 g onions (2 onions)
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 g kale
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 0.5 lime
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- black pepper
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and chop it roughly.
- 2. Peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely.
- 3. Sort through the kale and pull the leaves off the tough stems.
- 4. Heat the wok until very hot. Add the oil and swirl to coat. Add the garlic, chili, and onion cubes and sauté while stirring for about 1 minute.
- 5. Wash the kale, add it to the wok while still wet, and fry while stirring for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Squeeze the lime half. Mix 2 teaspoons of lime juice and soy sauce into the kale, pepper to taste, and season with a little salt if desired.
