  1. 1. Peel the ginger root and the garlic clove.
  2. 2. Grate the ginger and the garlic very finely.
  3. 3. Mix the grated ingredients with the salt.
  4. 4. Let the mixture rest for one hour.
  5. 5. Wash the coriander leaves under running water.
  6. 6. Gently pat the coriander leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Take a clean bottle.
  8. 8. Put the grated ginger and garlic mixture, including the juice, into the bottle.
  9. 9. Peel the lemongrass stalk.
  10. 10. Cut off the hard ends from the lemongrass.
  11. 11. Remove the tough outer layer from the lemongrass.
  12. 12. Add the prepared lemongrass along with the coriander leaves to the bottle.
  13. 13. Pour the oil into the bottle.
  14. 14. Seal the bottle tightly.
  15. 15. Leave the bottle in a cool place for one week.
  16. 16. Pour the oil through a fine sieve.
  17. 17. Remove the solid ingredients from the oil.
  18. 18. Take a clean bottle for the finished oil.
  19. 19. Put a few fresh coriander leaves into the bottle.
  20. 20. Add a few small pieces of lemongrass to the bottle.
  21. 21. Fill the strained oil into the bottle.
  22. 22. Seal the bottle well.
