🍽️ Creamy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 400 g marinated artichokes (jar, with liquid)
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g cream cheese
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Drain the artichokes well in a colander. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely. Place the artichokes, the chopped garlic, and two to three tablespoons of the liquid from the can into a blender. Puree everything until smooth.
- 2. Stir the cream cheese into the artichoke mixture. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and a small splash of lemon juice. Spoon the dip into small bowls and serve with fresh white bread.
