  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove.
  2. 2. Chop the garlic very finely.
  3. 3. Mix the chopped garlic thoroughly with the oil.
  4. 4. Clean the artichokes.
  5. 5. Leave part of the stem attached.
  6. 6. Peel the remaining part of the stem.
  7. 7. Slice the artichokes lengthwise into about 1 cm thick slices.
  8. 8. Drizzle the slices immediately with lemon juice.
  9. 9. Season the slices with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Place the artichokes on the grill.
  11. 11. Cook the slices on one side for about 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Cook the slices on the other side for another 2 minutes.
  13. 13. Remove the artichokes from the grill.
  14. 14. Place the artichokes in a bowl.
  15. 15. Drizzle with a spoonful of the garlic oil.
  16. 16. Serve the dish lukewarm.
  17. 17. Garnish the dish with the mixed parsley.
