🍽️ Grilled Artichokes with Fresh Parsley

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 16 small artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for drizzling)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 3. Mix the chopped garlic thoroughly with the oil.
- 4. Clean the artichokes.
- 5. Leave part of the stem attached.
- 6. Peel the remaining part of the stem.
- 7. Slice the artichokes lengthwise into about 1 cm thick slices.
- 8. Drizzle the slices immediately with lemon juice.
- 9. Season the slices with salt and pepper.
- 10. Place the artichokes on the grill.
- 11. Cook the slices on one side for about 2 minutes.
- 12. Cook the slices on the other side for another 2 minutes.
- 13. Remove the artichokes from the grill.
- 14. Place the artichokes in a bowl.
- 15. Drizzle with a spoonful of the garlic oil.
- 16. Serve the dish lukewarm.
- 17. Garnish the dish with the mixed parsley.
