  1. 1. Place the artichoke hearts in a colander, let them drain well, and then cut them in half.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and garlic, and chop both into very small cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut each one in half.
  4. 4. Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, pepper, and tomato paste in a bowl until well combined.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the onions and garlic over medium heat, add the artichokes, and fry them briefly.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat. Add the tomatoes to the pan and pour the egg mixture over everything. Cover the tortilla and let it set over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
  7. 7. Meanwhile, cut the cheese into small cubes. Carefully flip the tortilla using a spatula, sprinkle the feta cubes on top, and let them melt briefly. Cut the tortilla into pieces and serve with dark bread if desired.
