🍽️ Artichokes with Roquefort Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 6 small artichokes
- salt
- 150 g Roquefort
- 75 g sour cream
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 1 tsp green peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon. Wash the artichokes, remove the tough outer leaves and stems. Cook them in salted water with the lemon juice for 15 minutes until tender.
- 2. In the meantime, mash the Roquefort cheese with a fork and mix it with the sour cream.
- 3. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck off the leaves and chop them finely. Stir the parsley into the dip. Coarsely crush the peppercorns and sprinkle them on top.
- 4. Halve the artichokes and serve them with the cheese dip.
