🍽️ Steamed Artichokes with Fresh Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients
- 4 artichokes
- 1 untreated lemon
- 200 g yogurt
- 0.5 cup crème fraîche
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch mixed herbs
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the artichokes, trim the stem, and remove the tough outer leaves and tips. Slice the lemon, place it under the artichoke, and boil in salted water for about 35 minutes until the leaves pull off easily.
- 2. Wash the herbs and chop them finely. Mix the yoghurt with crème fraîche, salt, and pepper, press in the peeled garlic, and sprinkle with the herbs. Plate the artichokes and serve with the dip.
