🍽️ Artichokes in Sherry Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 small artichokes (young, cleaned)
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 1 tsp flour
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sherry
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle the lemon juice over the artichokes. Then place them in boiling salted water and cook them together with the flour for about 15 minutes.
- 2. Drain the artichokes and let them drain well. Mix garlic, mustard, sherry, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper well. Cut the artichokes in half, sprinkle with parsley, then drizzle with the vinaigrette and let it marinate well.
