🍽️ Crunchy Apricot Gratin with Nuts

Ingredients
- 18 ripe apricots
- butter (for the dish)
- 40 ml Grand Marnier
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 4 tbsp coarsely chopped almond slices
- 60 g butter flakes
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the apricots.
- 3. Cut the fruits in half and remove the pits.
- 4. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
- 5. Arrange the apricot halves in the dish in an overlapping pattern.
- 6. Pour the liqueur evenly over the fruit.
- 7. Sprinkle the almonds and pine nuts evenly over the top.
- 8. Distribute the butter flakes over the gratin.
- 9. Dust everything with sugar.
- 10. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 11. Bake the gratin for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 12. Remove the finished gratin from the oven.
- 13. Serve the dish immediately.
