Ingredients
- 250 g dried apricots (soft apricots)
- 75 g cashew nuts
- 75 g fine oat flakes
- 6 tbsp orange juice
- 40 baking wafers (4 cm Ø)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the apricots and cashew nuts using a large knife or a food processor.
- 2. Mix in the oat flakes and orange juice. Add a little more juice if the mixture feels too firm.
- 3. Roll walnut-sized balls and flatten each one between two rice paper wrappers. Store the clouds in airtight containers in a cool place for about 3 to 4 days.
