  2. 2. Mix in the oat flakes and orange juice. Add a little more juice if the mixture feels too firm.
  3. 3. Roll walnut-sized balls and flatten each one between two rice paper wrappers. Store the clouds in airtight containers in a cool place for about 3 to 4 days.
