Ingredients
- 500 g apricots
- 1 l buttermilk
- 4 leaves lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apricots thoroughly, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Then cook the fruit until soft in a small amount of water.
- 2. Drain the apricots and let them cool down. Then puree them together with the buttermilk. If you prefer a very smooth texture, press the mixture through a fine sieve.
- 3. Pour the shake into glasses and serve it garnished with fresh lemon balm.
