  1. 1. Combine the sugar with the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Then let the syrup cook down over medium heat for about 7 minutes until it reaches a syrupy consistency.
  2. 2. Stir the cooled syrup thoroughly with the apricot juice and the peach juice. Fill the liquid into the ice pop molds and place them in the freezer.
  3. 3. As soon as the ice begins to set, insert the wooden sticks. Then let the ice pops freeze completely for at least another 3 hours.
