🍽️ Apricot-Peach Ice Pops

Ingredients
- 150 g Sugar
- 200 ml Water
- 150 ml Apricot juice
- 150 ml Peach juice
Instructions
- 1. Combine the sugar with the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Then let the syrup cook down over medium heat for about 7 minutes until it reaches a syrupy consistency.
- 2. Stir the cooled syrup thoroughly with the apricot juice and the peach juice. Fill the liquid into the ice pop molds and place them in the freezer.
- 3. As soon as the ice begins to set, insert the wooden sticks. Then let the ice pops freeze completely for at least another 3 hours.
