  3. 3. Cut the fruit flesh into coarse cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the redcurrants.
  5. 5. Carefully remove the redcurrants from the stems.
  6. 6. Place the apricots and redcurrants into a large pot.
  7. 7. Add the sugar and lemon juice.
  8. 8. Stir the ingredients well.
  9. 9. Let the mixture sit for two hours.
  10. 10. Pour about 100 milliliters of water into the pot.
  11. 11. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  12. 12. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
  13. 13. Simmer the fruit for about 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Stir occasionally while cooking.
  15. 15. Place a clean cloth into a sieve.
  16. 16. Pour the cooked fruit mixture through the sieve.
  17. 17. Let the juice drip slowly through the cloth.
  18. 18. Do not squeeze the cloth tightly to keep the juice clear.
  19. 19. Measure the drained juice.
  20. 20. Top up the juice with orange juice to a total of 800 milliliters.

  24. 24. Boil the jelly mixture vigorously for four minutes.

  28. 28. Turn the sealed jars upside down.
  29. 29. Let the jars cool down completely.
  30. 30. Turn the jars upright again after cooling.
