🍽️ Crunchy Coconut Apple Tart

Ingredients
- 150 g Butter
- 180 g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120 g desiccated coconut
- 160 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 2 larger apples

- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 20 g sliced almonds
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples and remove the cores.
- 2. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Beat the soft butter with the sugar until creamy.
- 4. Add the eggs one by one and whisk everything well.
- 5. Mix the coconut flakes, flour, baking powder, and milk in a separate bowl.
- 6. Fold the dry mixture into the butter-sugar-egg base.
- 7. Gently stir in the apple cubes.
- 8. Grease a tart pan with a diameter of 26 centimeters with a little butter.
- 9. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with breadcrumbs.
- 10. Fill the pan with the batter.
- 11. Sprinkle sugar and sliced almonds on top.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (170 degrees with fan).
- 13. Bake the tart for 35 minutes.
- 14. Remove the tart from the oven.
- 15. Let it cool completely.
