  3. 3. Stir the butter into the warm water until it dissolves.
  4. 4. Pour the butter-water mixture into the well.
  5. 5. Add salt, vinegar, and egg.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients first with the tip of a knife.
  7. 7. Then work the mass into a dough with your hands.
  8. 8. If the dough seems too dry, add a little warm water.
  9. 9. Shape the dough into a ball.
  10. 10. Dust the work surface with flour.
  11. 11. Knead the dough for 5 to 7 minutes.
  12. 12. Knead until the dough is smooth and shiny.
  13. 13. Shape the dough back into a ball.
  14. 14. Cover the dough ball with an inverted bowl.
  15. 15. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
  16. 16. You can let the dough rest for up to 1 hour.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  18. 18. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  19. 19. Cover a table with a clean cotton cloth.
  20. 20. Sprinkle some flour on the cloth.

  22. 22. Roll the dough as thinly as possible into a circle.
