🍰 Apple Skewers in Almond Caramel

Ingredients
- 10 g almond kernels (1 level tbsp)
- 0.5 lemon
- 150 g apples (1 apple)
- 5 g butter (1 tsp)
- 25 g liquid honey (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the almonds using a large knife.
- 2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 3. Wash the apple, pat it dry, halve it, and remove the core with a small knife. Cut each apple half into three thick slices.
- 4. Immediately drizzle the apple slices with the lemon juice and thread them onto two long wooden skewers.
- 5. Toast the almonds in a non-stick pan. Add butter and honey, let them caramelize, and stir in two tablespoons of water.
- 6. Place the apple skewers in the pan and fry them for about one and a half minutes on each side. Remove the skewers, place them on a plate, pour the almond caramel over them, and serve.
