Ingredients
- 300 g Flour
- 200 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Butter (for the pan)
- Topping
- 750 g tart apples (e.g. Boskop)
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the butter until it forms a crumbly texture. Then work in the remaining ingredients. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 2. Roll the dough into a circle and press it into a large, lightly greased cake pan. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters, and remove the core. Cut each quarter into 3 strips.
- 3. Place the strips in a circle starting from the edge in the dough-lined pan. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and bake the tart in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes.
