🍽️ Cozy Warm Apple Punch

Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 200 ml apple juice
- 400 ml dry white wine
- 4 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
- 40 ml white rum
- Honey (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the apple thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core.
- 3. Slice eight very thin wedges from the apple quarters.
- 4. Dice the remaining apple parts into small cubes.
- 5. Place both the thin wedges and the diced apple into a pot.
- 6. Pour the apple juice, wine, and 100 milliliters of water into the pot.
- 7. Add the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
- 8. Warm the mixture gently, but do not let it boil.
- 9. Let the punch steep for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Pour the rum into the mixture.
- 11. Sweeten the punch to taste with honey.
- 12. Pour the finished punch into four glasses.
- 13. Serve the punch immediately.
