  2. 2. Scrape out the tiny black seeds with a knife.
  3. 3. Place the vanilla seeds into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
  7. 7. Cut the cored apples into small cubes.
  8. 8. Add the apple cubes to a cooking pot.
  9. 9. Pour 250 milliliters of water into the pot.
  10. 10. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
  11. 11. Place the cinnamon stick into the pot.
  12. 12. Add the empty vanilla pod to the pot as well.
  13. 13. Bring the ingredients to a boil on the stove.
  14. 14. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
  15. 15. Let the apple mixture simmer over low heat.
  16. 16. Stir the mixture occasionally.
  17. 17. Cook the apples for 10 to 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the pot from the heat once the apples are soft.
  19. 19. Remove the cinnamon stick from the pot.
  20. 20. Remove the empty vanilla pod from the pot.
  21. 21. Press the soft apples through a fine sieve.
  22. 22. Alternatively, you can use a hand blender.
  23. 23. Ensure that the puree is completely smooth.
  24. 24. Let the apple puree cool down for 10 minutes.
  25. 25. Add the yogurt to the bowl with the vanilla seeds.
  26. 26. Stir the yogurt until smooth with the honey.
  27. 27. Get four glasses ready.
  28. 28. Divide the cooled apple puree evenly among the glasses.
  29. 29. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among the glasses.
  30. 30. Cut the passion fruits in half.
  31. 31. Spoon the passion fruit pulp over the yogurt.
