🍰 Creamy apple puree with yogurt dip and passion fruit

Ingredients
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 800 g apples
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 passion fruits
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the tiny black seeds with a knife.
- 3. Place the vanilla seeds into a small bowl.
- 4. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
- 6. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 7. Cut the cored apples into small cubes.
- 8. Add the apple cubes to a cooking pot.
- 9. Pour 250 milliliters of water into the pot.
- 10. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 11. Place the cinnamon stick into the pot.
- 12. Add the empty vanilla pod to the pot as well.
- 13. Bring the ingredients to a boil on the stove.
- 14. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 15. Let the apple mixture simmer over low heat.
- 16. Stir the mixture occasionally.
- 17. Cook the apples for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 18. Remove the pot from the heat once the apples are soft.
- 19. Remove the cinnamon stick from the pot.
- 20. Remove the empty vanilla pod from the pot.
- 21. Press the soft apples through a fine sieve.
- 22. Alternatively, you can use a hand blender.
- 23. Ensure that the puree is completely smooth.
- 24. Let the apple puree cool down for 10 minutes.
- 25. Add the yogurt to the bowl with the vanilla seeds.
- 26. Stir the yogurt until smooth with the honey.
- 27. Get four glasses ready.
- 28. Divide the cooled apple puree evenly among the glasses.
- 29. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among the glasses.
- 30. Cut the passion fruits in half.
- 31. Spoon the passion fruit pulp over the yogurt.
