  4. 4. Cut the apple halves into wedges.
  5. 5. Add the eggs, coconut blossom sugar, coconut milk, and cinnamon to a bowl.
  6. 6. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl vigorously with a whisk.
  7. 7. Add flour, baking powder, and 100 grams of coconut flakes to a separate bowl.
  8. 8. Gently stir the dry mixture into the egg batter.
  9. 9. Lightly grease a baking tray if necessary.
  10. 10. Spread the batter evenly onto the baking tray.
  11. 11. Arrange the apple wedges neatly on top of the batter.
  12. 12. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
