🍽️ Apple and Ebly dessert with figs

Ingredients
- 100 g Ebly
- salt
- 2 apples
- 250 ml apple juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 6 figs (ripe)
- 400 g sour cream yogurt
- 4 physalis
Instructions
- 1. Pour the apple juice into a pot.
- 2. Stir in the starch.
- 3. Heat the mixture.
- 4. Peel the apples.
- 5. Remove the core.
- 6. Cut the apples into small cubes.
- 7. Add the apple cubes to the hot juice.
- 8. Bring everything to a brief boil.
- 9. Let the apple mixture cool down.
- 10. Cook the Ebly (a type of whole grain wheat) in plenty of water with a pinch of salt until tender.
- 11. Drain the Ebly.
- 12. Let the Ebly drip dry.
- 13. Allow the Ebly to cool completely.
- 14. Wash the figs thoroughly.
- 15. Cut the figs into six pieces.
- 16. Set aside twelve fig wedges for decoration.
- 17. Layer the apples, Ebly, figs, and yogurt alternately in the glasses.
- 18. Fill the glasses well.
- 19. Finish with a layer of yogurt.
- 20. Decorate the glasses with the reserved fig wedges.
- 21. Decorate the glasses with cape gooseberries.
- 22. Serve the dessert.
