  10. 10. Cook the Ebly (a type of whole grain wheat) in plenty of water with a pinch of salt until tender.

  12. 12. Let the Ebly drip dry.
  13. 13. Allow the Ebly to cool completely.
  14. 14. Wash the figs thoroughly.
  15. 15. Cut the figs into six pieces.
  16. 16. Set aside twelve fig wedges for decoration.
  17. 17. Layer the apples, Ebly, figs, and yogurt alternately in the glasses.
  18. 18. Fill the glasses well.
  19. 19. Finish with a layer of yogurt.
  20. 20. Decorate the glasses with the reserved fig wedges.
