  1. 1. Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the core. Put the pieces into a juicer and collect the juice.
  2. 2. Place the juice, pectin sugar, and spices in a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat while stirring, then let it bubble for about 4 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, remove the pot from the heat, and take out the spices.
  3. 3. Pour the jelly immediately into jars that have been rinsed with hot water. Seal the jars tightly, turn them upside down to cool for about 10 minutes, then turn them right side up and let them cool completely.
