🍰 Apple Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 400 g Apples
- 75 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 150 g Hazelnut kernels
- 60 g Raisins
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 250 g Spelt whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples, cut them in half, and remove the cores. Grate the flesh finely into a bowl and mix with the sugar. Stir in the hazelnuts, raisins, cocoa, cinnamon, flour, and baking powder.
- 2. Grease a loaf pan (24 cm long) with butter and pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C (convection 180 °C; gas mark 3) for about 50 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. Remove the bread, let it cool, and slice it.
