  1. 1. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores. Peel the onion and clean the celery. Cut all ingredients into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a pot. Sauté the cubes of celery, apple, and onion in it for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Season the mixture with allspice, honey, coriander, and cumin. Stir in 5 tablespoons of water and let everything simmer covered over low heat for about 15 minutes. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper.
