🍽️ Apple Celery Chutney

Ingredients
- 300 g apples (sweet)
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 tsp butter
- 0.5 tsp allspice
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 pinch coriander
- 1 pinch cumin
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores. Peel the onion and clean the celery. Cut all ingredients into very small cubes.
- 2. Heat the butter in a pot. Sauté the cubes of celery, apple, and onion in it for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 3. Season the mixture with allspice, honey, coriander, and cumin. Stir in 5 tablespoons of water and let everything simmer covered over low heat for about 15 minutes. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper.
