🥗 Apple Celery Salad

Ingredients
- 3 Apples
- 3 Pears
- 80 g Walnut kernels
- 100 g Celery
- 150 g Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 tbsp Sweet whipping cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the celery and cut it into small cubes. Blanch them (cook briefly in boiling water) in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
- 2. Wash the apples and pears, cut them into quarters, remove the cores, and dice them. Chop the walnuts.
- 3. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Add the celery, pears, apples, and walnuts to a large bowl and toss everything with the sauce.
