  2. 2. Wash the apples and pears, cut them into quarters, remove the cores, and dice them. Chop the walnuts.
  3. 3. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Add the celery, pears, apples, and walnuts to a large bowl and toss everything with the sauce.
