🍽️ Apple-Ham-Burger with Cheese

Ingredients
- 0.5 small lemon
- 1 small apple
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- 2 tsp herb cream cheese
- 1 slice turkey ham
- 1 slice Gouda
- 1 handful lamb's lettuce
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon. Wash the apple, dry it, and remove the core with a corer.
- 2. Cut the apple into four slices and drizzle the cut surfaces with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 3. Halve the bread slice and spread half of the cream cheese on one side. Place the halved turkey ham slices on top and add one apple slice to each.
- 4. Spread the remaining cream cheese on the other bread sides. Halve the cheese slice, place the halves on top, wash the corn salad, shake it dry, distribute it over the cheese, and place an apple half on each. Take the snacks with you.
