🥤 Fruity Apple Sea Buckthorn Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 1 Banana
- 80 ml Sea buckthorn juice
- 100 g Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 400 ml Milk
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 4. Cut the cored apple pieces into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 5. Peel the banana completely.
- 6. Slice the peeled banana into round pieces.
- 7. Add the apple cubes, banana slices, sea buckthorn juice, yogurt, honey, and milk to the blender.
- 8. Blend all ingredients until a smooth and fine liquid forms.
- 9. Pour the finished smoothie into drinking glasses.
- 10. Enjoy the smoothie fresh immediately afterwards.
