  1. 1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan. Stir in the millet flakes and bring the mixture to a brief boil. Let the porridge simmer for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
  2. 2. Wash the apple, peel it, and remove the core. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Add the apple cubes to the porridge. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the juice. Puree the porridge finely with a hand blender if desired. If it is too thick, thin it out with a little water.
