🍽️ Apple and Sea Buckthorn Porridge with Millet

Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk (3.5 % fat)
- 20 g Millet flakes (2 tbsp)
- 50 g small apples (0.5 small apples)
- 1 tsp Sea buckthorn juice (unsweetened)
Instructions
- 1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan. Stir in the millet flakes and bring the mixture to a brief boil. Let the porridge simmer for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 2. Wash the apple, peel it, and remove the core. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Add the apple cubes to the porridge. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the juice. Puree the porridge finely with a hand blender if desired. If it is too thick, thin it out with a little water.
