  10. 10. Add apple juice.
  11. 11. Ensure the total weight is exactly 1 kilogram.
  12. 12. Transfer the mixture to a large pot.
  13. 13. Stir in the lemon juice.
  14. 14. Stir in the pectin sugar.
  15. 15. Add the cinnamon sticks.
  16. 16. Let the mixture steep for about 2 hours.
  17. 17. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  18. 18. Let the jam bubble vigorously for 4 minutes.
