  3. 3. Dissolve the yeast in the milk mixture in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Add 300 grams of flour, a pinch of salt, and the eggs.
  5. 5. Mix everything with a hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Add only enough flour so that the dough no longer sticks to your fingers.
  7. 7. Shape the dough into a ball.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about three hours.
  10. 10. Wait until the dough has increased significantly in size.
  11. 11. Grease a springform pan well with butter.
  12. 12. Soak the raisins in hot water.
  13. 13. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  14. 14. Peel the apples.
  15. 15. Halve the apples.
  16. 16. Remove the core.
  17. 17. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  18. 18. Shape the first half of the dough into a ball.
  19. 19. Roll out the dough half on a lightly floured work surface.

  33. 33. Spread some butter on the surface.

  35. 35. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
  36. 36. Baking time is about 30 to 35 minutes.
