🍽️ Fresh Apple and Parsley Juice

Ingredients
- 2 Apples (ca. 500 g)
- 1 bunch flat-leaf Parsley
- 5 leaves Mint
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and extract the juice using a centrifugal juicer.
- 2. Place the parsley and mint leaves along with a small splash of the apple juice into a blender and chop them into a fine paste.
- 3. Add the remaining apple juice and stir in the oil until the herb mixture is well combined.
- 4. Pour the finished drink into a glass and serve immediately.
